In the spirit of Lucas Sullivant, who
gave so much to the development of central Ohio - from giving away
the first lots on Gift Street to anyone willing to settle in the
growing Franklinton community, to assisting with the creation of
our capitol on the high banks of the Scioto - we will be honoring
those who have given much to the life, culture, and history of
Columbus.
Nominations are in, the winners will be announced mid January
in the categories of -
Person, Organization,
Company.
The
Columbus Underground Blog will also be collecting nominations
for and presenting the first Arch Award honoring a young
professional who has given a gift to the City of Columbus in the
spirit of Lucas Sullivant.
