The Columbus Historical Society will hold a brief annual meeting for members at 6:45 PM. Immediately following the annual meeting, the public is invited to join CHS at 7 pm for Pioneers to Rioteers, A Stroll Through History with CHS President Mike Frush. Frush will help guests experience history as it happened through the letters, documents, newspapers and maps in his collection. Find out what the youngest signer of the U.S. Constitution had to do with Ohio. Visit with Rufus Putnam as he is planning the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory at Marietta.
